The Tour - Lower West Pubnico

NS Walks leader Rachel Falls invites you to join her in welcoming the 20th anniversary edition of the Heartland Tour. Join us for a Walk & Talk with Dr. Nick in Lower West Pubnico on the Pubnico Point Trail (at end of Highway 335 - where the wind mills are)

The trail surface is good for walking, we'll travel at your pace. There will be plenty of time to talk with Dr. Nick about how regular physical activity and better food choices are important for our health and well-being.

We will have a free Heartland Tour t-shirt for you and we will draw for a $50 grocery gift card.

It's all free, fun and friendly.

At the end Dr. Nick will have some additional comments and ensure that he has answered all of your questions.
