The Town of Wolfville welcomes the 20th anniversary edition of the Heartland Tour. Join us for a Walk & Talk wth Dr. Nick. The Tour's founder and Chairman, Dr. Nicholas Giacomantonio, an expert on cardiovascular disease prevention and management to share his insights on how physical activity and good nutrition supports health and ageing well.
