The Tour - Antigonish

Join us at the SKATEBOARD PARK ( West Street beside the RCMP building) for the 18th annual Heartland Tour. There are two road rides to choose from as well as a walk (sidewalk and trail) and skateboarding. All events will have experienced leadership.
We are offering three road ride options: 77 km (challenging in length and hills) and 37 km and 20 km on less demanding terrain.
We will have prize draws. There will be refreshments and a chance to socialize once we have finished our activity.
As always we'll hear from Dr. Nick, smile for the camera and have a great time. AND . . . IT"S ALL FREE!

All events start and end at the Skateboard Park on West Street, Antigonish.
8:00 am - Check-in/registration, jersey and t-shirt pick-up.
8:30 am - 77 km Road Ride - expect some hills! Download MAP (This is a challenging ride and is not recommended for people new to cycling or who are not in good physical condition.)
10:00 am - 37 km Road Ride - Download MAP

10:00 am - 6 km walk Use of new multi use trail along highway 4 will be a portion of this walk
11:00 am - Skateboard in the Park
12:30 - 1:30 pm - light lunch and socializing
1 pm - prize draws and closing remarks by Dr. Nick.
